Hey everybody my name is Shawn and I’m here to give you a real time review of Tom Venuto’s program. I’m going to try the program out for a month then we’ll see what happens.

I’m going to try out the program. I’m going to show you guys what I look like. Let’s check out the time and day. It’s October 30th 2011. So, I’ll show you what I look like now. This is me now. I’m kind of out of shape recently due to some health problems. I got a little fat. I’m 220 pounds right now and want to get to 205. I want to lose weight without losing muscle. Before I share my results, I just want to share some of my thoughts on the program. I like it a lot and highly effective. The program was informative and you’ll learn a lot about nutrition and your body type. There was a section about goal setting. The program is customizable to whatever your goals may be.

I’ll show you what I look like now. So, this is me now. I’m pretty happy about the results. I’m lighter on my feet and have more energy. I lost about 5-6 pounds. The focus of the program is to lose 1-2 pounds per week. I feel strong like I’ve gained muscle.

Michelle Has Tried So Many Diets – Was A Lot Of Fun

Hi my names Michelle and I just want to take a minute and share about burn the fat which is probably the best weight loss diet on the planet, because I have tried so many different ones and I have really struggled to get long lasting results from them.

People Need To Know The Facts – I Lost 38 Pounds

Hey guys. So, today I wanted to give you all my honest review of burn the fat weight loss program by, Tom Venuto. Okay first off I just have to say that you know, as a costumer I really feel the need to let people know the facts about this weight loss program.

I mean, there are so many reviews and weight loss systems out there that people really just need to know the facts before they decide you know, to buy anything, or you know, involve themselves in a weight loss program. You know, personally I you know, I have actually been using burn the fat for the last 3 months and, I’m sorry.

You know, I just I was really over weight and I mean I was constantly bloated and I was extremely self conscious about my body. I just, I never wanted to be seen in public.
